Last update: 1st July 2020

Purpose of the website Saveurs 41

The departmental council of Loir-et-Cher (hereinafter “The Department”), located at Hôtel du Département, Place de la République, 41020 Blois Cedex makes the website “Saveurs 41” available (hereinafter “the Website”), which allows you to search for food catering producers or artisans in your area.

Responsibility of the website publisher

The Department of Loir et Cher provides the Website as is and may establish the limits that it may deem appropriate for the use of the Website.

The Department cannot be held responsible in the event of interruption of access to the Website as a result of maintenance operations, upgrades, discontinuance or modification of all or part of the Website or the implementation of restrictive rules for the management of user flows according to use, or as a result of your own doing, because of an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party or a case of force majeure.

In all cases, the Department cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Website and in particular damages resulting from loss of earnings or damages arising from the loss of data caused by the impossibility of using the Website.

Hyperlinks pointing to third party websites may be inserted into the Website (“external links”); the latter incur the liability of their respective operators. When an external link is first inserted, the fact that no law is being infringed in its content is checked. No legal infringements were detected on the date of said initial insertion.

The Department does not exercise any control over the existing or future form or content of the web pages made available through the external links. The insertion of an external link does not infer that the Department considers the content made available through an external link or through any other form of referral link to be appropriate. The Department cannot be asked to control an external link on a permanent basis as long as no legal infringement has been identified. However, awareness of such infringement will lead to the immediate deletion of the external link in question.

The Department of Loir et Cher can under no circumstances be held responsible for reliability of the data transmission, access time that is not attributable to the latter, any access restrictions on the Internet network or the networks connected to it, or in the event of interruption of the access networks to the Website, due in particular to telecommunications operators.

Obligations of the website users

The use of the Website depends on the acceptance by the user of these conditions of use. Producers and artisans that wish to be listed on this website must contact the consular chamber to which they are attached (chamber of agriculture for producers, chamber of crafts for artisans) to subscribe; producers and artisans can submit a request to the consular chambers using the contact form available on the Website. Similarly, this contact form may also be used to submit a request to be unsubscribed and removed from the Website listing.

All of the provisions relating to the collection and processing of personal data are set out in the personal data charter available here and shall be the subject of information notices and/or consent requests provided on the Website at the time of collection in particular.
