The Label Rouge is a national sign certifying that a product has a superior level of quality compared to other similar products usually marketed (production conditions, organoleptic properties, product presentation and image). Products that may benefit from a Label Rouge are foodstuffs as well as agricultural non food and non processed products. The Label Rouge product is guaranteed by regular inspections carried out to compare the labelled product with another similar product.
